We are in Castiglione dei Pepoli, a village 700m in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, a few kilometers from the beautiful regional park of the lakes of Suviana and Brasimone and on the well-known Via della Lana and Seta route, recently inaugurated. Ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing weekend in contact with nature, as a starting point for excursions and also to visit Florence and Bologna, two beautiful cities that can be easily reached on the highway (“Badia” exit at 5 minutes by car) or with the train (S. Benedetto val di Sambro railway station reachable in 15 minutes by car or by bus line 826). Bologna and Florence are about 60 km away - 50 minutes by car .. also ideal for attending fairs in the city but far from the chaos and at an affordable price.
The 38m apartment is equipped with all the comforts to feel at home: WIFI with continuous access, LCD TV, fully equipped kitchen with oven and everything needed for cooking, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
