The lounge area has plenty of comfortable seating and an electric fire, perfect for the colder months. The whole area is ideal for sitting around together, enjoying the widescreen TV, whilst admiring the sights of Swanage out of the large bay window.
On the second floor is a laundry room with washing machine and the first pair of bedrooms. This includes a large kingsize bedroom with modern en-suite shower room and sea views.
