This condo is located in the community of Las Playas, close to the beach, the Campstore and easy access to Hwy 5, Poinsettia Park and award winning schools (Pacific Rim, Aviara Middle School). This unit has been recently renovated throughout to include New AC, motorized black out blinds in bedrooms and great room, large screen TV's in great room and master bed room. King Bed in the Master and Queen bed in secondary bedroom, plus a couch. Includes detached 1-car garage, 2 patios, refrigerator, washer, and dryer, Ideal location a block from a large community pool, 2 spa's and tennis courts.
