Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Host / Site manager is amazing, response to our text very promptly. The villa overlooking the summit of Mount Kinabalu is breathtaking! Facilities in the house is superb, karaoke speaker set, board games, BBQ tools, steamboat, all kind of kitchen equipment and complete utensils set. We had steamboat on our first night and BBQ on our second night, such a great moment in the chilly weather! The bon fire is definitely a plus point, we enjoyed roasting our mashmallow so much! Rooms and common area are all clean and comfortable, thumbs up!
Negative: Too many flies during the day time when the weather is warmer, cant leave our food on the table not even for a short while. There are few faulty windows as well that you can't lock from the inside, we stayed 2N compromising our safety hopefully the host fix it for the next guest. Hot water is very limited too gotta shower real quick before the icy cold water kicks back in. There are few outdoor speakers playing soft music 24/7 nonstop, a bit annoying especially late at night when you can hear it from your room.
