Unforgettable sunsets and moon reflections. Our fully-detached villa is located in a quiet residential area within walking distance to the main services of Llançà. The beautiful, round-shaped cove of Cau del Llop at your feet boasts a sandy, shallow beach ideal for the young ones.
The property offers an Italian-design open kitchen, 4 cozy bedrooms (three of them open out onto a fabulous terrace from which you can enjoy absolutely amazing views over the sea). The villa has 3 nice bathrooms with shower or bathtub. There is an annexed storage room and a utility room with washing machine and an ice box. The property has got electric shutters, floor to ceiling windows, design bathroom elements, etc.
