Positive: The location is close to the centre of Margate. There was plenty of parking on the road out the front, but also space at the back. We had 1 car which was fine. 2 cars would be a squeeze. The Biscuits, Popcorn and crisps were a lovely bonus! Very clean property which was upgraded back in 2019. The keyless door was very handy, but did take a while for my elderly parents to get used to. The shower was very good and powerful
Negative: The road and surrounding area seemed quite rough but we had no problems personally. I recieved alot of messages, and I mean alot. Helpful information, but alot could have been sent all at once! The bathroom is downstairs at the back of the kitchen. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs. Not a problem for me, but some people might find difficult
