There's also a small raised patio with tables and chairs where you can sit out with a drink and enjoy the peace and quiet. For some wonderful days out, visit the fashionable seaside village and 'top shops' of Mumbles, take a drive to Rhossili Bay and marvel at the golden expanse of sandy beach and breath-taking views or head further afield to Carmarthen, Llandeilo, West Wales and Brecon Beacons - all within an hours drive of the property. For cyclists, the North Gower cycle route is close by which links to Mumbles and the Millenium Coastal Path. Famous for it's local cockle industry, the nearby Pen-clawdd village is home to a wonderful ice cream parlour, restaurant and pub as well as far-reaching views across the Loughor River.
