Positive: The dome was clean and comfortable
Negative: The food was basic and staff need a lot of hospitality training they just do the basic or less Staff is polite it’s more about training than attitude The pottery got canceled last moment his father died We woke up early for 7 am trek the guide his bike broke down and we kept waiting he showed up at 7:40 am by then we were back to our room
Summary: It’s a very good experience but other services need improvement
