Positive: The location was very handy for an event we had in the area… plus the pizzas were very good.

Negative: A couple of things: 1. In our room the shower was not private. It’s not very clear in the pictures but the shower is in the bedroom. 2. They seem to have a strange system where you need to go into the bar to order what you want for breakfast for the next day (if it’s included in your booking). We did this on the first night, while settling our dinner bill, but the chef still didn’t have all the ingredients the next day. We weren’t aware that this was something we’d need to do to make sure we could have breakfast the next day so when we turned up there was nothing prepared for us. I have no complaints against the morning staff for accommodating us as best as they could… but poor management. 3. While we were at an event we got a call asking us to come back and change rooms so they could accommodate a new guest. This was ultimately not needed but put unexpected stress on us.
