Positive: The boathouse had a fab location, ideal for visiting sea houses. Just around the corner from The Swallows, Fishmonger. Beds comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped.
Negative: Shower is absolutely hopeless. It leaks on the floor, because the seal is no good. There is no power in it. The carpets in the lounge are heavily stained and were dirty. This was the first thing that I noticed on arrival, also the kitchen table was sticky, hence we did not eat off it. The bathroom smelt heavily of urine. The property needs a good, thorough clean. For the price we paid, I do not feel it was value for money.
