Summary: Pros: Clean, comfortable bed, heating, fully stocked kitchen, within a walking distance to city center. Cons: Lacking ventilation in the bedroom, Sleeping is challenging due to creaking floor from the upstairs apartment (you can hear every for footstep), patio chairs outside are unusable since there is no cover against the rain.
