This charming detached stone cottage sits in the grounds of a country house (which offers B&B) on the Wild Atlantic Way.
The recently restored Interiors are contemporary and stylish, a lovely base for a couple or friends to switch off and relax. The gardens are open to guests any time with benches and outdoor seating areas. This is a great base for touring or walking Mizen Head and the Sheep's Head and Beara peninsula. The village of Durrus is about 2 ½ miles away for shops, pubs and restaurants.

Or head a little further afield to Sheep's Head Way - 45 miles of walks with spectacular coastal paths for walkers and cyclists and winner of the prestigious Eden Award. Drive out to Ballydehob, a colourful and vibrant village with some excellent restaurants including one with a Michelin star! Another favourite is the fishing hub of Schull with its bustling harbour, this is a lovely spot for relaxing and wandering around the craft shops and galleries.
