Positive: Overall a pleasant, modern apartment. Comfy beds and good kitchen, adequately appointed. Large TVs. Good location for access both in and out of downtown by car or uber and an easy walk to the hop on/ off trolley bus.
Negative: Fairly noisy as traintrack directly below. Also needs a proper dining table. Would benefit from a dresser in the main bedroom that doubles up as a desk for those needing to work during their stay, otherwise it is difficult for the second person as only place for a laptop is the breakfast bar. Need a second keyfob for lift. Some drawers in the dressing room would also be helpful, along with a drying rack and more coathangers, althoug there are some very long shelves which we managed with - a bit high up for 5'2 me though!!
