Positive: Beautiful property. Will definitely be staying here again. Loved the furnature and decor. Everything and more in the kitchen, pots, pans, bowls, gadgets, appliances, utensils. First floor bedroom was a bonus. Loved 2 separate living rooms with TV's, and TV's in 2 of the bedrooms. It was nice having 2 large bedrooms with ensuites, and having a tub and 2 showers. The garage game room was awesome, as well as having an Infinity gaming table, and a wonderful variety of games and puzzles with ALL the pieces. Nice patio with a big bbq. There was even a big golf umbrella provided. Loved the park with all the games and the path down to the beach. You've built a wonderful community.

Negative: This won't keep us from renting the property again, but, the bedroom downstairs could use some soundproofing on the wall shared with the kitchen. We could hear everytime someone got ice, or got something out of or put something into the fridge or cupboards. It was loud. We smelled gas several times when using the stove.
