A calm and relaxed holiday in a 20 year old apartment, 10 meters from the beach, equipped with all modern comforts, located on a peaceful countryside at the most quiet location of the breathtaking turquoise beach of Toroni: nothing interferes the view of the fine golden sandy beach and the crystal clear waters in the front and of the green wooded hills in the back. Thanks to its bio-climatic construction, it stays cool even on the hottest days of summer.
An independent apartment for 6 persons, occupying the whole second floor of a two floors building and comprising:
- a big living room/kitchen, with a convertible double sleeper sofa and a convertible single sleeper sofa
- a bedroom, with a double bed
- a second bedroom, with a double bed and a baby cot
- a bathroom
It has been recently renovated and equipped with a brand new refrigerator, washing machine, boiler, electric kitchen/oven, wifi, fireplace and central heating.
It has a big yard and garden with a gazeebo, pine trees, oleanders (nerium), flowers etc.
There is a big southern balcony on the front side, which serves as an extension of the living room, with panoramic views over the Aegean Sea, the Toroneos bay, the Kassandra peninsula and the castle of Toroni, with ancient and Byzantine ruins.
The northern balcony at the back serves the two bedrooms, with views over the surrounding hills, covered with pine trees. The quietness is only broken by the chirping of birds and cicades. A northern breeze cools down the apartment.
Free car parking on the street outside the house.
The bus stop to Neos Marmaras, Nikiti, Moudania and Thessaloniki is located just outside the house.
A lot of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, fish shops, super markets etc. are close to the house, along the beach of Toroni.
