Summary: Key was not left in key box for late arrival but I was able to call the owner who came over 15 mins later with a key. Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, walls marked with many scuff marks from suitcases, staircase bannister old and chipped paint. Bedroom window didn’t open so nowhere for bathroom steam to escape. Overall I didn’t feel unsafe, but didn’t feel comfortable.
