Harmonious with fitted kitchen, dining area, lounge area (sofa with real mattress 2 pers. 140x190) the large bay window opens onto the balcony (large balcony approx. 17 m2) and the living room exterior, 2 Bedrooms (1 160x200 bed; 2 90x200 beds, TV in each bedroom and plenty of storage space), 1 Shower room, 1 Bathroom, 2 W. C, on the 2nd floor the extra kitchen area gives access the highlight of the apartment is the magnificent terrace (45 m2), a veritable plush outdoor lounge, out of sight, a great place for sunbathing.
