Positive: The flat is roomy. No dedicated parking place but still easy to park during this period of new eve.
Negative: Under equipped: no corkscreew, no sieve, it cost peanuts. Very noisy. The cars running every day long to bring multiple giant-hotels' customers and a ventilator/engine close-by outside. Access to the beach is not in front, monopolized by backtoback luxury hotels. The walled elevator, no more maintenance...
