Luxury duplex renovated, fully equipped for 5 people in very good condition and 7 people with the mountain corner. Ideal large family. 2 double bedrooms type "Igloo" and 1 dark bed plus possibility of double bed in the mountain corner below and a foldable foam sofa up which can help out to sleep 2 children. A bathroom with sink and bathtub fitted with a shower screen and a heated towel rail. An independent WC equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, hob with extractor hood, oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
2 flat screen televisions, one in the mountain corner, the other in the igloo room on the left of the 1st floor.
View of the snow front and new toboggan run from the Tropézienne. Free parking at the foot of the apartment. Ski locker with lift access in the building on the ground floor.
An entry airlock which avoids being in direct contact with the outside.
Access to the slopes at 1 minute by Village club du Soleil, just the road to cross, access to the Sibière chairlift.
