Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: On arrival the keys were easy to access and the lodge was clean and tidy. We were welcomed to a bottle of wine and a box of treats and there was plenty of bord games and dvds for the kids to choose from. The beds where comfortable and the lodge itself is set in a stunning area.

Negative: When we arrived the light in one of the bathrooms wasn't working but this got replaced quickly. One of the showers was unusable as the shower head holder was broken and cud not be adjusted. Some of the cutlery in the kitchen needs replacing as they show signs of rust and the hot tub needs repairing. When we arrived one of the headrest on the hot tub was missing and later found in one of the flower beds and the leaver used to change the water jets was broken all of which was reported when we arrived and was told that they are already aware of this. The table in the living room has a glass top making the corners very sharp, my son walked past on the day we left and caught his leg causing a larg cut to the side of his leg.
