Interior:
The villa has three floors connected by stairs and also lift. On the ground floor are two large bright living areas, each consisting of a sitting room, dining area and kitchen. On this floor is a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. Two large staircases lead up to the first floor with a twin bedroom with joinable beds and en suite bathroom with shower and three double bedrooms , each with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom (one with shower, one with shower and tub with hydromassage, one with tub with hydromassage). On this floor is access to a large terrace of about 75 sq m overlooking the garden and equipped with sitting area. In the basement are located a bathroom with shower, the sauna and the laundry room. This floor also leads to the the garage, inside which is a fitness area with gym equipment, a treadmill and an exercise bike.
Park:
The completely fenced-in outdoor area, of about 1500 sq m, is characterized by a splendid well-kept garden surrounded by lush vegetation. In the part in front of the villa, in correspondence with the two living rooms, is an outdoor dining and sitting area where guests can enjoy pleasant breakfasts or splendid dinners.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located in a sunny position not far from the villa, just a few metres from the outdoor dining and sitting area. The tiled rectangular pool, measuring 9 x 7,5 m with a constant depth of 1,50 m, has chlorine purification and large steps for access to the water. Inside the pool is a hydromassage tub. In the extensive lawn area surrounding the pool are numerous sunbeds and an outdoor shower. The pool is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
Pets: Yes, small size with a maximum of two. € 50,00 per animal per week Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
