Positive: The bed was comfy. You have Netflix if you're bored, and a table with a mirror for the ladies if you want to do your makeup. The room was cool in the night time, and there were lots of cats in the yard. :) You are positioned very good, there are a lot of restaurants in the area and the beach is 10 minutes away by walking.
Negative: Between the bathroom and living room wall there's no window, just a hole. The parking area can get pretty crowded and the view is not the most pleasant (if you're looking for extreme privacy). Be careful with the road leading there, since it is narrow.
