Through the large patio doors there is a balcony with table and chairs with sunblind and excellent sea views, this room also includes sky TV, DVD player and a CD player. On this level is the family room with a walk in shower. On the upper level is main double bedroom and bathroom with bath and shower attachment. There is also a door opening to the roof terrace which has excellent sea views, there is also table chairs. All Bedrooms offers air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
The separate fully fitted air conditioned apartment has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and lounge. All living accommodation has access to all the outdoor facilities this property has to offer. The property has been refurbished to a very high standard throughout and includes many high spec appliances including automatic sun blind system.

Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, not forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao.
This accommodation is 700 meters from the centre of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort holds a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.

Sports facilities are available in the area such as a public football pitch, child mini park and pay to use tennis courts.
