Welcome to Provence, in the south of the Drôme, close to Mont Ventoux. Nestling in the heart of a land that is both gourmet and conducive to sporting activities, this 18th-century bourgeois village residence, located in a small village in the Drôme Provençale, offers an authentic experience full of charm.
The interior layout of the house is as follows: on the ground floor, an entrance hall, cloakroom and toilet, and on the half-floor, a guest toilet. The reception rooms, a fitted kitchen, a lounge with television and a dining room open onto the courtyard. Upstairs, you'll find four bedrooms, two on each side of the landing, with a variety of configurations, from alcoves to single or double beds, each equipped with its own toilet or bathroom.
On the top floor, two further bedrooms with their own en suite facilities offer stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
Surrounded by a vast 1,500m² garden planted with trees, this house features an inner courtyard shaded by a century-old plane tree, while the north courtyard houses a covered car park. A 10m x 5m swimming pool, secured by a fence and underwater alarm, will allow you to cool off in the middle of this beautiful environment. Take advantage of the table tennis table, trampoline and swing set, ideal for children.
Note: a deposit of 1500€ (not cashed) is required, as well as a holiday extension insurance.
