Positive: Large apartment in a very good location in Modena. The flat has 2 bedrooms and a well sized living room, so we had plenty of space to ourselves. The flat is just about 15 minute walk from the city centre. There isn't a designed parking lot, but somehow we managed to find free parking (it can get very busy at times). Our host was friendly and professional. There's a bar on the ground floor, where you can have lovely breakfast in the morning. Check other reviews for more details about the flat itself and its decor :-)
