Positive: Hello dear travelers , first of all you may be didnt noticed but there is an elevator in hotel (uncomon for such small building) helps with luggage alot . Also have to mention its equiped with kitchen , oven , everything you need in an apartment. Soundproof double glass windows, quite air conditioner . Desiner worked well on the Hotel and the appartments look great , for warm months it has a pool . The location , well its better to have a car and parking is not a big issue . Also have to recognise the host Angella for hospitality and problem resolution. Breakfast you have to order ahead and it will be delivered on time , or you can cook i did mentioned it has a stove.. also the hotel has great web site with all the city gems and small audiguide o.0 .. ah and it it new hotel maybe 1-2 years old..
Negative: The door bell need better design (reception ) or paint it in red , sorry to tell it but it was not intuitive i was lost for couple mins there .. but manager answered via wastsup and came to open it... also there is auto alarm that starts in building if you entering late at night via pool gate ( that stops after you unlock your appartment with digital key)
