Western Boulevard is a stylist and spacious 3 bed property. Sleeping up to 6 people; two twin bedrooms and one single bedroom with pull out bed. Local shops, Greggs, Costa, bus stops, meat shops, Lidl, gym, and a local park. Five minutes’ drive to famous Wollaton Park.
The family bathroom is modern and well thought out with a shower, toilet and two basins. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you'd need on your break away, whether you like to cook yourself or order a take -away! The lounge area is stunning along with the large dining space opening on to the patio for those sunny evenings.
There is parking available at the front of the house for 2 / 3 cars.

Spills accidents and breakages
Please wipe up any spills on the cooker and microwave as soon as they occur as they can be difficult to remove once baked on. The same goes for spills on the carpet or floors. If major, please let the owners know as they may be able to assist.
If you happen to break anything or you feel something is broken or missing, please let me know.
Vacating the Property
Check out time is 10am. If you require a later checkout, please enquire if this is possible before arrival. A surcharge of £20 will be deducted from the deposit for unauthorised late checkouts that prevent our cleaning team accessing the cottage.
