Positive: Small but very comfortable. Nice garden and away from the road so safe for my dog to wander a little.

Negative: Didn't like the sheepdog that wandered around as it snarled at my dog a couple of times. You need to be confident manoeuvring your car to get around the quite tight corner to the parking area
