A warm living room with huge picture windows and breathtaking views throughout. Perfect winter base for skiers, snowboarders & Albuquerque explorers.
This is a true mountain home! You will reach the house via fully paved but winding road.
Winter driving tip:
When snow or ice is in the forecast, all -wheel (AWD) or 4WD is strongly recommended. The main road is plowed but the driveway is not.
Mountain storms/ or winter storms can occasionally knock out the grid power. No need to worry- our backup generator kicks in automatically within 10-15 seconds, restoring essential power.
