Summary: Julieta and Ace were helpful and friendly. What impress me is the team work among themselves to help me coordinate my delayed luggage delivery from the airline. Julieta WhatsApp her team and in her off duty, Ace manage and help me receive my luggage from the courier company while we are out on Rome tour. They even brought my bag to our room, stamped the luggage received document with date and time so that I can manage the delay claim with the airline. Yes hotel is a nice boutique hotel but it’s the team that makes the hotel extra special. I’ve been to many hotels globally and once the person you spoke to his off duty, message and request were usually not pass on to other team members for follow up Yes hotel team has a WhatsApp team messaging to inform their team members to pay attention and assist their lucky and happy guests on their request for help, 24x7. Well done Rome Yes Hotel team. Your teamwork, dedication and support for your guests is world class.
