Positive: Small apartment in a good location a few blocks from the beach. It's fairly close to stores and restaurants, located in a nice neighborhood. Parking is not secure, but I thought it was safe. Strong wifi. Strong air conditioning.

Negative: Instructions to get into the apartment were not sent to me and it took about thirty minutes after I arrived to get in touch with the host to get the code. As mentioned in other reviews, the apartment has a strong musty/cigarette odor. I kept all the windows open and the fan going to get rid of the smell during my stay. The apartment is old and in need of maintenance, but for the price is a good option for a traveler on a budget. For groups, keep in mind that the sleeping arrangement does not provide privacy.

Summary: The place could use some maintenance, but I had a good stay and would come back again.
