Positive: Ideal location for access to beaches and surrounding attractions. Parking on site.
Negative: Tired and untended complex. Apartment living and kitchen areas not clean. Dog hair in kitchen and on sofa and cushions. Dog ball left behind sofa. Floors need deep cleaning. Skirtings unclean. Kitchen surfaces, sink and cabinet fronts unclean on arrival. Patio table unclean. Worn patio umbrella covered in cobwebs and bird droppings. External areas unswept and unkempt. Bedroom linen thin and tired. Flimsy pillows - no pillow protectors. Thin duvets. Intermittent wi fi connection. Window locks stiff and difficult to operate. Sealed units to patio door broken down. Litter scattered outside left unattended. No reply to emails I sent regarding state of apartment on arrival.
