The Yorkshire Dales are also easily accessible from this location too, you will be spoilt for choice for places to visit. Carnforth is the nearest town, only a short 10-minute drive away or a walk along the canal towpath. Carnforth has a couple of supermarkets, independent shops, pubs, and takeaways. Greenlands Farm is just across the main road from Tewitfield, an artisan village in an open farm including a produce shop, craft outlets, play barn, mini-indoor golf, café and garden centre.
