Positive: The situarion of the property to the beach, we had a toddler in our party it was ideal, the walk to the beach and relatives also dotted around, no transport needed.
Negative: Not what i didnt like but i would put the table in the kitchen, easier for eating and cooking and put a smaller sofa in the the place of the table in the living room to have more seating. Kitchen is well furnished with everything you need, perfect for us.
