The interior is spacious with great attention to detail to make for a wonderful welcoming experience. In winter the house is really cosy with the benefit of underfloor heating throughout and the charm of a fabulous wood-burning stove to add to the ambience. The famous 18-hole Bowood Park golf course, regarded as one of the south west’s premier parkland courses, is nearby, as is Camelford Leisure Centre offering a 20m indoor swimming pool and fitness Studio. The start of the exquisite Camel Trail can be found at Wenford Bridge (10 minute drive). The pretty fishing villages of Padstow, Port Isaac and Rock are also a must to visit and mystical Tintagel with the legendary King Arthur’s Castle is just 15 minutes’ drive.
