Negative: Could not initially get into property, person on phone was rude. Kitchen appliances didn’t have any leaflets so couldn’t cook. Heating timer was out so heating was on at odd times. Didn’t have any email for check in or checking out details.
Summary: Didn’t feel welcome and considering cost felt an inconvenience
