Positive: We have been in Edinburgh during the Fringe festival and we could not find a convenient accommodation for 5 people in the city Centre, this Fiat is extremely well located 2minutes walk from The bus stop and in less than 30 minutes you can be walking along the Royal Mile. The flat is very comfortable, the rooms are big with all necessary linen, comfort products are available in the 2 bathrooms and the kitchen was packed with food and beverages for the breakfast. The furniture is not brand new and small issues need to be fixed, however the kitchen is has been recently renovated and fully equipped.. I would defenseless recommend this accommodation as a valid alternative to the Centre. Definitely good value for money.
Negative: There is no proposer living space or dining room, the table is in one of the 3 bedrooms, it is ok if you only have breakfast, it may be a bit less practical for lunch/dinner. We received the instructions to enter the building only when we were in front of the main door, which is a bit uncomfortable as we arrived late at night
