Positive: The room had a good space for 4 people staying, we could dine and cook. Good kitchen facilities. Clean bathroom. Washing machine was a good bonus. Overall multiple other facilities were on the spot. Private parking spot in front of the door is a good bonus. There is a small food store nearby but to be honest very basic and a bit shady. The prices looked like a quick/express store, so higher than normally. Also some phishy fast food next to it.
Negative: The sofa bed is really bad. It is terribly small and terribly hard, it's impossible to have a decent sleep on it. I would really advise to replace it. This is the main reason why I've put score 6. The warm water system in the shower takes a bit getting used to. The space in front of the apartment is quite a bit dirty, with even at some point dog poop appearing near the door. This was quite disappointing comparing to what is seen on the photo. In the closet there is some weird door that most likely leads upstairs but is locked. This was a bit discomforting in terms of leaving our belongings in the apartment.
Summary: It's ok to stay for few days, but definitely not comfortable for any longer stays.
