Property is located 4 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to one of the nation's biggest outdoor malls, "Ala Moana Shopping Center". Friday night fireworks display starting at 7:45 pm, viewable from the Hilton Hawaiian Village lagoon steps away! Spacious balcony with newly furnished exterior furniture to enjoy your morning coffee!

Starting in July, spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building. Balcony access for this condo will be restricted from October 16, 2025, to February 21, 2026 (approximate dates). However, after 5 p.m the balcony will be accessible, but no furniture will be allowed as we're required to remove it for painting. There may be noise disturbances. Mahalo for your understanding!
