Summary: The house is a good base for the Dales. It was very clean and it is well equipped. The beds were comfortable. It is a bit old fashioned but that did not matter. One of two negative points, it advertises a cycle store but there was no key. Dogs are welcome but we found it a little too restrictive for our dog, we couldn't let her run around outside and had to keep her on a long lead. There are sheep at the end of the garden but it's fenced off so it should have not been a problem. There were no instructions about what to do with our rubbish, there was a normal bin but no info about recycling. Maybe the owner needs to leave an information pack.
