Positive: Located in a peaceful area, a safe and clean square.
Negative: The furniture is quite old and exhausted, No elevator, with slipped stairs. Ridiculous method to check in/out where you have to collect the keys from a different location one mile away. No AC, or any fan. Shortages in both the kitchen and bathroom necessaries.
