Positive: Value for money Nice decor Nicely stocked kitchen equipment and utensils Clean Biscuits and fudge on arrival was a nice touch Free WiFi Buckets and spades for the children Good location within Cornwall to visit other areas: we went to Newquay 25 mins and lands end an hour drive.

Negative: Musty smell on arrival so I opened the windows and put the heating on which helped. This might be because it hadn't been used recently as it is only begining of the season (April). Hot water took awhile to kick in We ran out of toilet paper but got some from the clubhouse. There was a clothes airer too but we couldn't get it to work.

Summary: Exactly what we needed, great value for money for a short break. A central base that was clean.
