Visible construction work around the property and some intermitten noise is expected. No work will be done within occupied condos. For all projects, work hours will be restricted to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m Monday through Friday.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A couple of comments - there should be some basic supplies in the unit. We were supplied with dish soap, 2 rolls toilet paper (for 2 weeks), 1 roll paper towel. There should have been cleaning supplies as there was no housekeeping. Coffee for the first day should be supplied - even hotels have coffee available! The carpets should be removed as it was stained and it’s a breeding ground for germs. The closet door at the entry never closed as something was broken. Kitchen utensils, pots/pans, etc., was well stocked. Location was perfect.
