Positive: The house is very nice, a really splendid space upstairs, the views great, and the location also.
Negative: We requested a cot and - even though it’s supposed to be there by default and we also got in touch about it - it wasn’t there. Contacting anyone is almost impossible, despite them spamming with multiple messages. Things one could expect at this price, such as shower gels, shampoo, sugar for tea, etc are not there either.
Summary: A really great house but the management has plenty of room for improvement
