A dog also welcome at the property, and to enjoy the beautiful walks right from the door. The owners have prepared detailed maps and directions for walks around the cottages and the surrounding paddocks, so you can find the prettiest footpaths and best views.

Sparrows Roost is surrounded by stunning countryside and is close to a dairy farm in a peaceful and relatively undiscovered area, just a few miles from Matlock. This pretty cottage can be booked together with neighbouring Pendleton Cottage to accommodate up to four guests, subject to availability.
