Summary: Room should have a fridge and milk.We arrived after a 5 hour journey and were told our room was not ready.2 hours later we asked about room and it was ready but the cleaner had not informed reception of this. When we booked nobody asked what kind of room we wanted and we ended up with a room at the top of a spiral staircase. I have mobility problems and found it difficult to climb the stairs.
