Summary: The apartment worked for us in terms of location and comfortable sleep. However, the elevator was non-operational the entire week's stay with no notice from the property manager. The bathroom had significant mold on the wall near shower door and the shower door was not in its track. The kitchen spice cabinet didn't close all the way, and the glass on the wall behind the hob was cracked. The apartment building is well worn and we saw new mice traps placed in the hallway during our stay. I've stayed in a lot of vacation apartments and this one could use a refresh. One positive - we had an initial issue with the internet speed but the management company responded to my message very quickly and we were able to get it fixed right away. I did not let management know of the other issues during our stay as they didn't impact us very much.
