Positive: Very good communication with host. Location great and facilities good. Nice welcoming touch of wine. Great amount of local information supplied in welcome booklet.

Negative: If there's anything to comment on - the cleanliness could improve slightly, and the property is starting to look a little tired. Bedding i.e. Mattresses the most comfortable.

Summary: Beautiful - spectacular location, village & cove - Llangranog is a bit of a gem - would visit again.
