Summary: Lovely greeting in hotel , really nice looking shared areas lift and corridors. Room a little small but the biggest problem was the noise pollution. There was no warning when booking or checking in that the room is opposite a busy bar with rowdy customers until 3am !! The balcony door and windows are not sealed well enough to stop it feeling like you’re trying to sleep inside the busy bar. Horribly loud until the early hours with very little sleep. We the made a discovery of a cigarette dimp down the side of the bed a phone fell down. Disgusting. Not what you expect from a 5 star hotel !!
